Blossoming Into My Dream Life: Breakthroughs, Bravery & a WildFit Start

The past few weeks have felt like a blooming season in my life. Little by little, I’m stepping into the version of myself I’ve always wanted to be — braver, more grounded, and deeply connected to my own power.

Breakthrough Moments
From the classroom to my personal life, growth has been knocking — and instead of hiding, I’ve opened the door. I’ve had conversations I used to avoid, said what’s on my heart without second-guessing, and felt my confidence expand in ways I didn’t expect. One of the most powerful tools helping me on this journey has been the hypnotic trance meditations I listen to at night. Paul McKenna’s confidence hypnosis, in particular, has helped me speak up more and trust my voice.

Awakening in the Classroom
At school, I’ve been exploring how to bring this sense of awakening into my teaching too — especially with my group 4 students. Helping children recognize how powerful their brains are, how worthy and capable they already are, lights a spark in me. We’re not just learning clocks or countries — we’re building self-belief.

WildFit: A New Chapter in Health
And then… there’s WildFit. I started this journey recently, and while it’s stretching me in unexpected ways (hello, fruit reluctance 🙃), I can already feel the shift. It’s not just about food — it’s about reclaiming energy, clarity, and alignment with my body. I’m learning what nourishes me — physically, mentally, emotionally.

Living With Intention
All these changes feel connected. They’re about living on purpose, not autopilot. About creating the life I want instead of waiting for it to happen. Every small step counts — and this blog is where I get to track those steps, honor the process, and hopefully inspire someone else to do the same.
